Today, we bring you the irresistible prosciutto and olive oil bruschettas.

Preparation:

  1. Take a roaster and add olive oil and generous amounts of oregano.
  2. Place slices of bread in line, one next to the other.
  3. Take them to a moderate-heated oven until the base gets crunchy.
  4. Once they’re crunchy, take them out and let cool down.
  5. Spread the slices of bread with cream cheese, and add prosciutto and arugula leaves.
