Delicious homemade egg tagliatelle!


  • 300 grams pastry flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Viridian olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt


  1. Make a wreath shape with the flour and, in the center, add salt, Viridian olive oil and the eggs. Mix everything and knead the dough.
  2. Use a kneading stick to stretch the dough. With a knife, cut 1 cm (0.4 in) strips.
  3. Boil them in salted water for about 8-10 minutes.
