Delicious homemade egg tagliatelle!
Ingredients:
- 300 grams pastry flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ tablespoons Viridian olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
Preparation:
- Make a wreath shape with the flour and, in the center, add salt, Viridian olive oil and the eggs. Mix everything and knead the dough.
- Use a kneading stick to stretch the dough. With a knife, cut 1 cm (0.4 in) strips.
- Boil them in salted water for about 8-10 minutes.
